A sim-racing clip from back when my heart rate would 'coast' at approx. 300bpm, and I would get ripples of cone-shaped tunnel vision that makes driving at 168mph seem like coasting at 20mph. Now I can probably drop my heart rate to about 60-70bpm when there's no other car on track.
That reminds me, I want one of those high-tech watches that doubles as a heart rate monitor... Should get one that beeps when I hit like 128bpm or something. The watches I've found so far require a chest strap to monitor heart rate, want one that simply takes the pulse reading off of my wrist.
